Our Policy

Every Hold This Moment Co. magnet is custom made using the photo you provide, which means each piece is one of a kind. Because of this, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@holdthismoment.co with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. 

Photo quality
The quality of your magnet depends on the quality of the photo you submit. We recommend using a clear, well-lit, high-resolution image for the best result. If we notice a significant quality concern before printing, we will reach out to you before proceeding.

In-person market purchases
 All in-person sales are final. We review every photo with you before printing to ensure you love the result before we press your magnet.

Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
