Shipping policy

Every Hold This Moment Co. magnet is made to order with care. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location — so you can expect your magnet within 6–12 business days from the date of your order.

What to expect: Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your magnet's journey to your door.

Lost or damaged orders: If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit please contact us within 7 days at hello@holdthismomentco.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipping, but we will always do everything we can to make it right.
